Bio
Ray Souza, a respected veteran of the program, has overseen linebacker development and team logistics since 2023.
Under his leadership, the linebacker corps has consistently been the heart of the defense, highlighted by 2023 All-PAC 7 League selection Osman Sesay.
Souza also manages day-to-day football operations and is instrumental in Football Academic Success Team (FAST) program.
